Dr. Carine Bourassa
Dr. Carine Bourassa received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Laval University in 2010. She pursued post-graduate studies at the Montreal Children’s Hospital, earning a general practice residency diploma from McGill University in 2011. She was invited to continue practice at the hospital where she provided general pediatric dental care and clinical instruction for dental residents. In 2012, she travelled to Northern Quebec and Ecuador to provide dental care for those in need. Dr. Bourassa completed her orthodontic specialty training at the University of Western Ontario, earning a Master in Clinical Dentistry (MClD Orthodontics). Her Masters research relating to miniscrew placement in the palate was published in a well respected peer reviewed scientific journal. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and an active, supporting member of local, provincial and national dental organizations. Dr. Bourassa also practices in Hull, Québec with Dr. Éric Fortier. Outside of the office, Dr. Bourassa enjoys outdoor activities, various sports, cooking and spending time with her family.
